Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours 

This does not account for high volume periods such as during sales / promotions or holiday periods. 

We will always try our best to accommodate any rushed orders, feel free to contact us if you would like more specific dispatch / delivery details prior to placing your order. 

Within Australia
We offer free Standard registered shipping with every order over $75,
Orders under $75 will incur a $8.00 Shipping Fee
Items are shipped via Australia Post.
Express post option is available at an extra cost.

Transit times:
Australian capital cities (CBD metro locations) | allow up to 7 business days for delivery. 
Major Regional towns | allow up to 10 to 12 business days.
Remote locations | allow up to 14 to 16 business days.
Please note shipping times may be delayed due to public holidays or busy periods like Christmas.

All products are trackable through Australia Post, you will receive an email from Australia Post once your items are sent with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for Australia Post to update their tracking system.

Orders under $100 will incur a $20 shipping charge

All orders are shipped via Australia post please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery however it could be up to 21 business days.
Please note shipping times might be delayed due to public holidays or busy periods like Christmas. Any shipping delays are out of our control.

Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any fees and Charges will be paid for my the recipient. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.

Can I change or cancel my order? 
Sorry all orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.
