Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order (sorry no returns will be accepted after 10 days)

Please note all items must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unused with hygiene stickers and hang tags attached and undamaged. All skincare products must be returned unopened. All items must be in the original packaging

To Return you items:
Please email with your order number and name and we will email you a Returns Authorisation number and postal address

Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and if approved we will send you an email to notify you then a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Ink swimwear reserves the right to deny a refund of the items returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. We will notify via email if your returned items is not eligible for a refund

We highly recommend returning your items using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels sent by the returnee. Refunds will not be issued if we don’t received your items

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different size we recommend returning your items and ordering another size this method is a lot quicker than going through the exchange process, or if you are unsure of your size order 2 sizes and return the size that doesn’t fit. 

Faulty or Wrong Items
We inspect all of our items prior to shipment however In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item/size, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable,  except in cases where we may have made an error. Ink Swimwear does not cover or refund customs duties, taxes or charges,

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
